Our client is a well established property association. They are currently looking for a Data and Analytics Deputy Director to join their team. This role will be primarily responsible for Information estate, information governance within the organisation and managing a junior staff member.

Ensuring best practice is implemented within the organisation with regards to the acquisition, management and organisation of information, and facilitate access to information to maximise its exploitation and re-use.  

Skills:
•             Strong previous experience in a data insights and analytics senior position.
•             Provision of complex data analytics.  
•             Experience of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.  
•             Development and use of APIs, XML and JSON.  
•             Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms   e.g., Power BI.
•             Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines ideally on Hevo. 
•             Statistical programmes – e.g. SPSS, SAS, RapidMiner.  
•             Programming for data and analytics – e.g. Python.  
•             Experience with cloud environments, ideally Snowflake. 
•             Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques. 
•             Knowledge of data warehousing methodologies.  
•             A thorough understanding of data protection issues. 
•             Good knowledge of publicly available datasets.

Knowledge of the private rental sector would be an advantage
